Judges Clerk - North Shore District Court2 year fixed-term opportunity Te Haeata/The OpportunityWe are looking for a talented individual to join our North Shore District Court as a Judges' Clerk. This position would start on Monday 1 February 2027.The Judges Clerk will be expected to provide high quality research and support to District and/or High Court Judges and Community Magistrates, and to support the Judges and Community Magistrates in determining legal issues effectively. It is responsible for providing the infrastructure and support necessary for the efficient and effective management of the Courts systems throughout New Zealand.District Court Judges are assigned to local Courts, and typically work on circuit within a cluster of satellite Courts, but they may also be deployed on a wider regional basis or elsewhere in New Zealand.
