Planned Care AdministratorDunedinPermanent, Full timeSalary Band $67,943 - $72,495, depending on experienceHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the roleWe are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join our Planned Care Team in Dunedin. The Planned Care team work across the Southern district and encompasses all aspects of non-acute health care delivered across primary, rural and hospital settings. For someone interested in a career in health administration or management this role is a great starting point and will set you up for more advanced roles within health careKey responsibilities include:Provide professional administrative support to the Planned Care TeamMonitor shared inboxes and ensure timely follow-up of requests.Maintain accurate patient and service information within Health NZ systems.Support data quality and audit activities.Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and action tracking.Maintain electronic filing systems and records.Deliver excellent customer service to patients and stakeholders.Work collaboratively with clinicians, managers and administration teams.If you are an organised administrator who enjoys working with people and wants to make a genuine contribution to healthcare delivery, we would love to hear from you.
