Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Junior Account Executive DACH (German-speaking) based in Switzerland. As a Junior Account Executive, you will help German-speaking companies expand internationally by simplifying global hiring and workforce management. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing deals. Working closely with decision-makers, you will uncover business needs and demonstrate the value of flexible, compliant international employment solutions. You will collaborate with Business Development Representatives to build a strong pipeline and pursue high-value opportunities across the German market. This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional ready to move beyond lead generation and take ownership of closing deals. Join a fast-paced, remote-first international team that values initiative, continuous learning, and collaborative success.

You will drive new business opportunities across the German market, combining consultative selling, strategic prospecting, and disciplined pipeline management to achieve ambitious sales targets. Own the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery conversations through negotiation, closing, and customer onboarding. Identify prospects' hiring plans, business priorities, and potential compliance challenges through thoughtful discovery questions. Help HR champions communicate the value of international hiring solutions to Finance, Legal, and senior leadership stakeholders. Build urgency, negotiate confidently, and maintain deal momentum throughout the sales process. Develop and manage your own sales pipeline in collaboration with Business Development Representatives. Identify creative ways to reach hiring managers and engage high-potential prospects. Use AI tools to improve productivity and strengthen sales execution while keeping CRM records accurate and up to date. Learn from feedback, apply coaching quickly, and continuously improve sales performance. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a motivated, target-driven professional with experience in B2B SaaS sales or another customer-facing commercial role. You should be comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects, uncovering customer needs, and progressing opportunities toward a successful close. Experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or another target-driven, customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS. Experience conducting discovery conversations to understand prospect or customer needs. Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold calling and creative approaches to reaching decision-makers. A results-oriented mindset, with the motivation to meet and exceed sales targets. Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to integrate them into daily workflows. Experience using HubSpot or a comparable customer relationship management (CRM) platform, with strong organizational habits. A coachable attitude, willingness to seek feedback, and ability to implement suggestions quickly. Native-level German proficiency and business-fluent English. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Nice to have: Experience in HR technology, payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), or other compliance-focused solutions. Initial closing experience, such as conducting product demonstrations or independently closing smaller deals. Creativity and initiative in developing new approaches to reach hiring managers and engage potential customers. Benefits: Competitive compensation: Starting from €40,000 gross annual on-target earnings (OTE), comprising 60% base salary and 40% bonus. The final package depends on location, skills, and experience. Remote-first flexibility: Work remotely within approximately two hours of Central European Time, with a WorkFlex program supporting flexible work arrangements. International team environment: Collaborate with colleagues across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, within a globally distributed team spanning 26 countries. Well-being support: Enjoy a dedicated Well-Being Day to rest and recharge. Fitness benefits: Access subsidized gym memberships. Professional development: Benefit from a Training & Development Allowance to expand your skills and knowledge. Team connection: Participate in annual team meetups and build relationships with colleagues across locations. Inclusive workplace: Join an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. Location-specific benefits: Certain benefits may vary according to local laws and regulations.
