At Goodman we create space for your greatness.   Goodman Continental Europe is a leading real estate company that develops, owns and manages high-quality logistics properties and data centres across Europe. As Junior Property Manager you play a key role in maintaining and enhancing a portoflio of high quality and industrial assets. You will have a broad selection of tasks such as managing the daily operations, budgeting of operational- and capital expenditure (maintenance and improvement) of all our assets, project management of capex works throughout the portfolio and many more. As Property Manager you will be the ‘face’ of Goodman for our clients as you will be their first point of contact.     More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:   Become the trusted day-to-day contact for our customers and build long-term relationships.    Coordinate maintenance, repairs and improvement works to ensure our assets remain in excellent condition.    Manage external suppliers and service providers and drive high-quality service delivery.    Support the preparation and monitoring of operational and capital expenditure budgets.    Participate in refurbishment, renovation, and sustainability projects across the portfolio.   Identify opportunities to improve building performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction.   Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety and legal requirements.    Gain exposure to lease administration, insurance matters, and contractual obligations.   Collaborate with colleagues from finance, legal, capital transactions, and development teams.   Develop a broad understanding of commercial real estate within a dynamic international organization.     Do you recognize yourself?   You are an ambitious real estate professional who enjoys combining technical, commercial, and relationship-building aspects in a highly diverse role.  A Bachelor or Master degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Economics or related field.  A first experience in property management, real estate, facilities management or asset management.  A strong interest in the technical aspects of commercial real estate.  A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.  The ability to build relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.  A solution-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.  A genuine interest in sustainability and value creation within real estate.  Fluency in Dutch and English.  You don’t mind being on the road.    How will we reward you?   We offer a competitive total reward package aligned with the scope and responsibilities of the role, including fixed compensation, short-term incentive (STI) opportunities, and participation in long-term incentive (LTI) plans.    Compensation decisions are based on objective, transparent and gender-neutral criteria, considering factors such as internal benchmark, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, market benchmarks and the scope of the role.     But first, let us introduce ourselves a little more:     Goodman Group develops, owns and manages the infrastructure that keeps goods moving and data flowing.
