Our specialist training programme is designed to prepare you for a role supporting enterprise technology environments, where you'll become the first point of contact for users requiring technical assistance. Upon successful completion of training, you'll have the opportunity to work with one of our leading global clients in the investment banking space as a full-time  Junior Service Desk Specialist . What You'll Be Doing Providing first-line technical support via phone, email and chat. Acting as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests. Troubleshooting hardware, software, application and access-related issues. Logging, tracking and updating support tickets accurately. Investigating technical issues and identifying solutions. Escalating complex incidents to specialist teams when required. Maintaining accurate documentation and support records. Delivering a high level of customer service and user support. Working collaboratively with technology teams to resolve issues. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery. What We're Looking For A degree in a STEM-related subject. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English. A passion for technology and problem-solving. A customer-focused mindset and positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative approach and willingness to work as part of a team.
