With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Junior Web Project Manager to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.
Help the team stay organised and keep track of what is happening across our projects. Support the team in keeping Jira tickets and boards organised and up to date, including agreed priorities and statuses. Track action items and follow up with their owners. Organise team meetings, prepare simple agendas, take notes, and share follow-up actions. Help with communication between our team and other departments. Help organise planning sessions, workshops, and other team activities. Maintain project documentation and shared materials.
Strong organisation skills and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks at once. Some experience in project coordination, team support, administration, or a similar role. Advanced experience with Jira. Clear and confident communication in English, both written and spoken. Good attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.. A proactive and helpful approach. Comfortable working with different teams and personalities. Comfortable using everyday tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc) or other relevant software
Experience with Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar collaboration tools. Experience working with artists, designers, programmers, or other creative teams. Some knowledge of Agile, Scrum or Kanban practices.
