The Corporate Services Business unit is responsible for providing the region with a range of corporate support functions including human resources, finance and procurement, planning and reporting, fleet and facilities management, risk management, workforce development and general administration.What you will doAs Justice Officer, you will provide clear and helpful administration support. You will work at Warrnambool and may support other regional locations when needed.The role sits within the Barwon South West Region (BSWR) that provides services from Justice Service Centres in Geelong and Warrnambool, and through reporting centres at Colac, Hamilton and Portland. This role is located at the Warrnambool Justice Service Centre providing support serivces to Community Correctional Services, Youth Justice, Consumer Affairs, Births Deaths and Marriages, and Regional Aboriginal Justice Advisory Committee.You will:provide friendly reception and telephone support to people and staffprocess applications, payments, correspondence and files with caremaintain accurate records, databases, schedules and reportsgive clear information and help resolve routine questionssupport efficient administration across the region during busy periods.About youNo formal qualification is required for this role. You will need strong computer skills and confidence using common computer systems.You should also have:strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systemsresilience when work changes or becomes busyteamwork skills and a willingness to share information and help othersrespectful communication and sound judgement when supporting diverse people.To learn even more about this role, please read the position description.
