Expand influential networks across relevant specialties, including endocrinology, pain management, podiatry, neurology, and related fields, while developing alternative sites of care to address account needs. Identify and overcome account and territory obstacles with resilience, flexibility, sound prioritization, and a solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment. Continuously develop clinical and market expertise in pain management, sharing relevant insights with peers and cross-functional partners to strengthen overall team effectiveness. Contribute to a culture of accountability, transparency, trust, and shared commitment to organizational and territory objectives. Maintain the highest standards of ethics, integrity, compliance, and professional conduct while ensuring all activities align with applicable regulations, policies, and industry standards. Requirements: Bring at least 5 years of successful strategic key account management experience within pharmaceutical or medical sales. Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or possess an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering sales results through a patient-centric commercial approach. Have experience promoting specialty or buy-and-bill products across diverse sites of care, including clinics, infusion centers, hospitals, government facilities, or comparable healthcare settings. Experience in pain management, specialty pharmaceutical launches, or biologics is preferred, along with familiarity with buy-and-bill products, Specialty Pharmacy, and HUB services. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the needs and priorities of healthcare stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, payors, healthcare providers, and executive decision-makers. Possess excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation, analytical, and business-planning skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups. Demonstrate adaptability, curiosity, intrinsic motivation, and the ability to embrace changing circumstances and new approaches. Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability. Be willing and able to travel throughout the assigned territory according to business needs and attend company-sponsored meetings, conferences, and events. Live and work within the assigned territory and maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Benefits: Base salary range of $160,000–$175,000 annually. Target incentive compensation of $55,000, subject to applicable plan requirements. Comprehensive health benefits. 401(k) retirement plan. Full-time, remote field-sales position. Opportunity to work directly with healthcare providers, executive stakeholders, key external experts, and complex healthcare organizations. Significant autonomy in territory planning, account strategy, relationship development, and commercial execution.
