This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Language Access Analytics Program Manager based in United States. This role will lead the enterprise data, business intelligence, and analytics strategy supporting language access and interpreter services. You will turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights that improve operational performance, financial stewardship, and patient experience. The position combines hands-on analytics with strategic program leadership, working across diverse functional and technical teams. You will build dashboards, reporting frameworks, predictive models, and governance standards that enable confident, data-driven decisions. Your work will help measure language access equity, service effectiveness, utilization, quality, and financial performance across a large healthcare environment. You will partner with senior leaders, IT, operational teams, and other stakeholders to strengthen data maturity and self-service analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare analytics professional who can connect rigorous analysis with meaningful business and patient outcomes.
Lead the enterprise data, business intelligence, and analytics strategy for Language Services, establishing capabilities that support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making. Develop and manage enterprise dashboards, reports, KPIs, SLA metrics, utilization reporting, financial analytics, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL. Translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior leadership, functional leaders, and operational stakeholders. Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, reporting standards, data-quality controls, and processes that ensure accuracy, integrity, consistency, and security. Partner with functional teams to understand data needs, define meaningful metrics, and develop reporting solutions aligned with business priorities. Lead trend analysis, forecasting, predictive analytics, and advanced modeling to support strategic planning and operational optimization. Collaborate with IT and technical teams on ETL processes, data integration, data warehouse design, and platform connectivity. Support business cases and strategic investments through financial analysis, ROI modeling, impact assessments, and cost-optimization insights. Monitor and analyze language access equity, health outcomes, patient satisfaction, and other measures that demonstrate the effectiveness of interpreter and language access services. Train stakeholders in data literacy, dashboard interpretation, self-service reporting, and effective use of analytics tools. Manage ad hoc analytical requests and multiple concurrent analytics initiatives while maintaining quality and meeting demanding deadlines. Represent Language Services analytics in enterprise reporting, data governance, and cross-functional forums. Drive continuous improvement and adoption of emerging analytics approaches and tools to strengthen organizational data maturity. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business intelligence, healthcare administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree in data science, business analytics, healthcare informatics, or a related discipline is preferred. 7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, healthcare reporting, or a comparable field, with strong preference for extensive healthcare analytics experience. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools. Strong knowledge of enterprise data governance, data-quality management, reporting standards, and analytics platform administration. Advanced analytical capabilities, including trend analysis, forecasting, predictive modeling, and interpretation of operational, financial, and quality metrics. Demonstrated ability to transform complex data into concise business insights, strategic recommendations, and measurable actions. Experience with data integration, ETL processes, data warehousing, and connectivity between analytics platforms and enterprise systems. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders, operational teams, technical teams, and diverse functional groups. Proven business case development capabilities, including ROI modeling, financial analysis, and impact assessment. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and high-volume requests under tight deadlines. Experience building enterprise analytics programs within healthcare operations is highly desirable. Familiarity with healthcare regulatory reporting and compliance analytics is preferred. Advanced statistical analysis and modeling experience is a plus. Experience with Python, R, or other data science tools is advantageous. Experience leading data literacy programs and developing self-service analytics capabilities is preferred. Data analytics, BI, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, healthcare analytics, or informatics certifications are valued. Demonstrated critical thinking, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining flexibility to collaborate with other organizational locations and teams as required. Benefits Compensation: $51.05–$76.60 per hour, with placement within the range based on qualifications, skills, experience, and training. Full-time position with a standard Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Remote work opportunity, with preferred locations in Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, and Wisconsin; additional eligible U.S. states may be approved.
