Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence decisions without direct authority and communicate effectively across functions. Knowledge of CRM-related data privacy principles, including consent management, suppression rules, personally identifiable information (PII), and data governance controls. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings through clear, executive-ready materials. Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, commercial awareness, systems thinking, and a commitment to responsible AI and data-driven decision-making. Preferred qualifications: Experience with CRM and commercial platforms such as Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Movemedical, or Tableau Server. Familiarity with cloud data platforms and data warehouses, including Reltio, AWS, Snowflake, SAP, Amazon Redshift, or Databricks. Experience with customer identity resolution, attribution methodologies, and commercial performance measurement. Practical experience evaluating or implementing generative AI solutions, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), model evaluation, and AI safeguards. Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau, along with semantic data modeling. Experience mentoring analysts, improving analytical workflows, and promoting data governance and operational excellence.
