Join a fast-growing technology company transforming how brands manage commerce, fulfillment, and customer experiences. As Lead Brand Designer, you will shape and evolve a distinctive visual identity across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, events, and sales materials. This hands-on leadership role combines creative direction with the opportunity to design impactful assets from concept to execution. You will guide a small team of designers and freelance partners while collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and executive stakeholders. Your work will strengthen brand recognition, improve consistency, and support business growth. In a dynamic, remote-first environment, you will have the autonomy to establish creative standards, develop scalable design systems, and deliver high-quality work that makes a measurable impact.

Brand Identity and Design Systems: Own and continuously evolve the visual identity, including logos, typography, colors, illustration, iconography, photography, motion, and layouts. Develop clear brand guidelines, reusable templates, and scalable design resources to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Creative Direction: Define and communicate the creative vision for marketing campaigns, product launches, website experiences, events, and sales enablement materials, ensuring every deliverable reflects a recognizable and cohesive brand. Hands-On Design Execution: Conceptualize and produce high-quality creative assets across digital and print formats, including landing pages, advertisements, presentations, one-pagers, social media content, trade show environments, and branded merchandise. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Guide designers and freelance collaborators, provide constructive feedback, establish quality standards, manage creative priorities, and support the professional development of team members. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content, Sales, Product Design, and executive leadership to translate business objectives into compelling visual communication and effective creative solutions. Brand Consistency and Scalability: Build design components, templates, and self-service resources that enable teams to create on-brand materials efficiently. Review high-visibility deliverables and ensure alignment with established brand standards. Performance and Optimization: Use performance data, stakeholder feedback, and testing insights to refine creative decisions and evaluate the impact of brand initiatives on awareness, engagement, and sales pipeline development. Agency and Vendor Management: Brief and coordinate external creative agencies, freelance designers, printers, and production vendors. Review deliverables, maintain quality standards, and manage creative budgets where applicable. Workflow and Project Management: Organize creative requests, prioritize competing deadlines, and establish efficient processes that balance speed, consistency, and quality in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Professional Experience: At least 7 years of brand or graphic design experience, including 2 or more years leading design projects, creative direction, or designers. Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, e-commerce, supply chain, or logistics is an advantage. Brand Strategy and Systems: Demonstrated experience creating or evolving brand identities and developing scalable guidelines, templates, and design systems that support consistent execution across teams. Exceptional Visual Design Skills: Strong command of typography, composition, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling across digital, print, and presentation formats, supported by a compelling professional portfolio. Design Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience creating polished presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint is also required. Creative Leadership: Proven ability to mentor designers, provide actionable feedback, establish creative standards, and manage workflows, project intake, and deadlines. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions, present creative concepts, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Product. Project Management and Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop repeatable processes, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high-quality output under tight deadlines. Adaptability and Initiative: Comfort working independently, navigating ambiguity, adapting to changing priorities, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Preferred Skills: Experience with motion design and video production using tools such as After Effects or Premiere, along with familiarity with Webflow, HubSpot, or similar web and marketing platforms. AI-Assisted Design: Familiarity with responsible AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation and production while maintaining brand integrity and creative quality. Additional Preferred Experience: A degree or postgraduate qualification focused on branding or visual communication, experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or commerce technology company, or a background in a brand-focused design agency. Benefits Remote Work: A remote opportunity available to candidates based in United States. Creative Ownership: The opportunity to shape and evolve a company's visual identity across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Leadership Opportunities: The ability to guide designers and freelance partners while influencing creative standards and team development. Cross-Functional Exposure: Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product, and executive leadership on projects directly connected to business growth. Professional Growth: Opportunities to expand creative leadership, brand strategy, design systems, and project management expertise in a growing technology environment. Creative Variety: A diverse portfolio of projects spanning digital experiences, campaigns, print materials, events, presentations, and experiential design. High-Impact Work: The opportunity to connect brand design with measurable business outcomes, including awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
