This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Business Analyst/Program Manager based in the United States. This role supports critical acquisition and procurement systems within a complex government environment. You will combine business analysis, program management, and system administration expertise to support procurement functions and technology modernization initiatives. Working closely with customer stakeholders, you will translate business needs into practical system requirements, configurations, integrations, and solutions. You will contribute to the implementation of a new contract writing system and help strengthen interfaces with financial systems. The position offers significant responsibility across requirements gathering, testing, training, project planning, and user support. You will also provide technical direction, facilitate senior-level discussions, and help resolve complex functional and technical challenges. This is an opportunity to apply your procurement and IT expertise to high-impact programs supporting a major U.S. defense health organization.
