Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist based in Brazil. Join a remote-first, international business environment where your prospecting expertise will directly contribute to business growth and revenue generation. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will identify, research, and engage potential business clients who could benefit from financial consulting, fractional CFO services, and strategic advisory solutions. You will develop targeted B2B prospect lists, connect with decision-makers, and use multichannel outreach strategies to generate qualified leads and valuable sales opportunities. Working closely with the business development and sales teams, you will help turn promising prospects into meaningful conversations and qualified discovery meetings. You will also monitor outreach performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and continuously refine your approach to improve conversion rates. This fully remote, full-time contract opportunity is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented professional who communicates confidently in English and enjoys building relationships with business leaders.

Identify and research potential clients, including business owners, founders, CEOs, and senior executives, to uncover relevant business opportunities. Build and maintain targeted B2B prospect lists of companies that may benefit from fractional CFO services, financial consulting, and strategic advisory solutions. Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations with prospective clients. Research target companies, understand their business profiles, and identify key decision-makers and potential financial or operational challenges. Qualify leads based on company size, business needs, potential fit, and readiness to engage with the available services. Schedule qualified discovery calls and sales meetings, ensuring prospects meet established qualification criteria before being passed to the business development team. Maintain accurate prospect information, outreach activity, communication history, and follow-up schedules within the CRM. Track lead generation metrics, evaluate outreach effectiveness, and identify opportunities to improve prospecting strategies and meeting conversion rates. Collaborate with sales and business development colleagues to refine messaging, targeting criteria, outreach sequences, and qualification processes. Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain engagement, develop relationships, and maximize the conversion of initial outreach into qualified opportunities. Contribute to a structured and repeatable lead generation process that supports pipeline growth and broader business development objectives. Requirements At least three years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, appointment setting, or outbound sales. Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with business owners, executives, and other senior decision-makers. Demonstrated experience conducting cold calls, developing email prospecting campaigns, and using LinkedIn for business outreach. Proven ability to research companies, identify relevant prospects, and locate key decision-makers within target organizations. Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead management processes, prospect tracking, and structured follow-up workflows. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage prospect databases, outreach schedules, and multiple activities simultaneously. A proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently, manage priorities, meet performance targets, and adapt outreach strategies based on results. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to initiate conversations, handle objections, and maintain professional communication with prospective clients. Analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate prospecting metrics, recognize patterns, and make data-informed improvements to outreach performance. Reliable remote working arrangements and the ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed team. Preferred qualifications: Experience in financial services, accounting, consulting, fractional CFO services, or other professional services. Experience prospecting CEOs, founders, business owners, and C-level executives. Familiarity with sales prospecting and CRM tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Experience targeting small and medium-sized businesses. Understanding of common business financial challenges, including cash flow management, profitability, financial planning, and growth. A demonstrated track record of generating qualified leads and booking successful meetings for B2B sales teams. Benefits Competitive monthly compensation: USD $1,300–$1,500, depending on experience, seniority, and skill set. Fully remote work: Work from Brazil while supporting an international client. Full-time contractual engagement: A full-time contract administered through a payroll platform. International business exposure: Engage with business owners, founders, and senior executives in a professional B2B environment. Performance-driven responsibilities: Directly contribute to qualified pipeline generation, sales opportunities, and business growth. Professional development: Strengthen your expertise in prospect research, outbound sales, CRM management, and business development. Collaborative working environment: Partner with sales and business development professionals to improve outreach strategies and conversion outcomes. Autonomy and ownership: Manage your prospecting activities, optimize your workflow, and take an active role in achieving lead generation targets.
