About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Lead Product Manager to lead and deliver our Order-to-Cash initiatives within the IT Business Applications team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for business process optimization and systems automation across the Order-to-Cash domain, with a specific focus on order management, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and collections within NetSuite. This is a unique opportunity to modernize the order-to-cash process and expand our NetSuite ERP footprint, driving measurable improvements in billing accuracy, cash collection, and financial close efficiency. You will engage and collaborate with executives and operational leaders across Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams, as well as with an IT offshore delivery team. Key Responsibilities NetSuite Order-to-Cash Ownership Own and manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash product lifecycle within NetSuite, including roadmap, enhancements, and continuous improvement Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Order-to-Cash processes, covering order management, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and collections Define, document, and optimize Order-to-Cash business processes to support Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations teams Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate, efficient billing and revenue recognition, reducing manual effort and financial close times Order-to-Cash Strategy & Roadmap Own and manage the NetSuite Order-to-Cash technology stack lifecycle, maintaining a minimum four-quarter rolling roadmap of business capabilities Collaborate with functional leadership and stakeholders to align priorities and sequencing across NetSuite ERP, SuiteBilling, and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) Provide strategic guidance on process design and technology footprint for internal finance and business teams, with hands-on involvement in implementations Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Meet with business leaders, decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and system goals Facilitate structured discovery sessions to understand problem statements, assess business impact, and capture detailed requirements Manage project and enhancement prioritization with business teams and set clear expectations on deliverables and timelines Delivery & Implementation Lead, deliver, and support NetSuite ERP projects related to the Order-to-Cash and billing areas Develop functional and high-level technical design documents for new business requirements and deliver specifications to the IT offshore delivery team Work closely with offshore NetSuite development teams to define and implement solutions within sprint delivery cycles Implement new business processes and improve existing ones, ensuring industry best practices are followed Interact with cross-functional IT teams to align requirements and understand upstream system impacts, including integrations with CRM and CPQ platforms Quality & Enablement Support business users in completing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive timely delivery of system enhancements Document business process flows and requirements aligned with the sprint/agile process Establish and maintain scalable processes that uphold best practices across the technology organization Provide end-user training as needed on NetSuite Order-to-Cash and related platform capabilities Required Experience 10+ years of IT experience across the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including configuration, administration, and process design 3+ years of hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash processes - order management, billing/invoicing, revenue recognition, and collections Demonstrated experience delivering Order-to-Cash solutions in complex, multi-entity or subscription-billing environments Strong knowledge of downstream financial processes including revenue recognition (ASC 606), accounts receivable, and financial close Skills & Competencies Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash concepts: pricing and billing rules, revenue schedules, approval workflows, invoice generation, and collections management Excellent leadership and project delivery skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives Strong communication skills - able to engage both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders effectively Ability to prioritize and execute in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexible and adaptable in learning new technologies and evolving business requirements Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and a collaborative team player Education Bachelor's degree (4-year) in a technical or business field required NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator) strongly preferred What Makes This Role Unique This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and shape the Order-to-Cash platform for a growing organization.
