This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead, Program Delivery based in the United States. We are seeking a strategic and experienced program delivery leader to shape and advance an enterprise Intelligence & Insights portfolio within a complex healthcare environment. In this remote role, you will connect business strategy with analytics, data, product, and technology capabilities to improve decision-making and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will lead roadmap development, establish governance and prioritization frameworks, and ensure resources are aligned with the highest-value initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders and senior leaders, you will transform business needs into scalable reporting products and reusable, self-service insights. This position offers the opportunity to influence how data-driven capabilities evolve across an organization, fostering operational efficiency, transparency, collaboration, and long-term value.
Preferred: Experience establishing intake, prioritization, value measurement, and capacity management processes. Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management, user story development, minimum viable product (MVP) definition, and roadmap planning. Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare quality programs, Stars ratings, risk adjustment, interoperability, or clinical data ecosystems. Preferred: Experience with analytics and reporting platforms such as Databricks and Azure SQL, using data insights to guide strategy and improve performance. Preferred: Experience leading organizational change initiatives and self-service analytics transformations. Remote work requirements: Must have a dedicated, interruption-free workspace suitable for protecting sensitive health information and meeting applicable privacy requirements. Home internet must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds; a wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection is suggested. Travel: Must be available for occasional travel to company offices for training or meetings, despite the remote nature of the role. Benefits: Annual base salary: $115,200–$158,400, depending on geographic location, relevant skills, experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors.
