The role manages international corporate legal work, entity maintenance, intra-group agreements and cross-border projects while serving as a subject-matter expert in Polish or Cypriot corporate law.
Requirements & qualifications
Law degree, 3–5 years of corporate-law and international intra-group experience, multi-jurisdiction legislative experience, deep practical knowledge of Polish or Cypriot corporate law, professional English, and Polish or Greek as an additional language.
