This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Líder Técnica e Education de IA e Automação based in Brazil. This is a senior technical leadership opportunity focused on accelerating AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. You will act as a strategic and technical reference, connecting technology teams, business areas, leadership, and AI ambassadors. The role combines technical direction, architecture, education, innovation, and project leadership. You will translate business challenges into practical AI use cases, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. A key part of the position is building AI capabilities through workshops, training, ideation sessions, and community engagement. You will also help establish responsible practices around AI governance, security, costs, and adoption. The ideal professional is strategic, influential, autonomous, and technically strong enough to guide complex decisions without needing to be the primary hands-on executor.
