Job Title: Podiatrist Banding: Band 6 Location: Shrewsbury Start Date: ASAP Duration: 2 months initially with option to extend Hourly Rate: £24-£26 Working Hours: 30 hours per week, 09:00–17:00   Job Overview Pulse is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Podiatrist to join the team at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on a temporary locum assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled podiatrist to support the delivery of high-quality foot health services within a busy healthcare setting. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a varied podiatry caseload while maintaining excellent standards of patient care.   Key Responsibilities Deliver podiatry assessments and treatments to patients within the service. Manage a varied caseload and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide advice and education to patients regarding foot health and self-management. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional standards. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes.   Qualifications and Experience HCPC registered Podiatrist. Previous experience working at Band 6 level or equivalent. Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills. Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload. Enhanced DBS required.
