Requirements: Previous experience in logistics, shipping, transportation, or supply chain coordination. Familiarity with shipment tracking and order management systems, such as ShipStation or similar logistics platforms. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing shipment information, delivery schedules, and shipping documentation. Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to investigate delivery issues, communicate with carriers, and coordinate appropriate resolutions. Ability to manage multiple shipments and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Reliable laptop or computer equipment and a stable fibre internet connection suitable for full-time remote work.
