Provider: Hemophilia Federation of America This scholarship is open to students who meet the eligibility criteria below: Grade Level College & Graduate Students State Residency Virginia Virginia Other Background / Interest Disability Miscellaneous Applicants must (1) have an inherited bleeding disorder of have an immediate family member with an inherited bleeding disorder and (2) live in the territorial jurisdiction of VHF (includes the State of Virginia, with the exception of the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Herndon, Manassas, and Vienna and the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudon, Prince William and Stafford).
