Start your journey with OBE and help us build the future.   What You’ll Get to Do The Maintenance Technician is focused on electrical and mechanical plant maintenance including the repair and installation of machinery and equipment as assigned and reports to the Maintenance Leadership. This role is perfect for an electro-mechanic who can troubleshoot, inspect and repair machines and equipment.  A vital member of the Maintenance Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.   Job responsibilities include: Working independently, while maintaining strong communication. Working with production to ensure timely repair of equipment is essential. Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule including working different shifts and weekends as necessary. Regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures, including Critical Safety Rules, are essential functions of your job.
