Lead enterprise-wide change management and enablement initiatives that help employees successfully adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working. In this leadership role, you will develop and execute strategies that accelerate transformation, minimize resistance, and improve employee readiness, adoption, and productivity. You will oversee change and enablement workstreams across global business transformation programs, aligning communications, training, and stakeholder engagement with implementation timelines. Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, you will translate complex business processes and technology changes into practical, role-based learning experiences. You will also guide change management professionals and learning specialists, ensuring high-quality content, effective resource planning, and consistent delivery standards. This opportunity combines strategic leadership, project management, people development, and innovative learning solutions to drive sustainable organizational transformation.

The Manager, Change and Enablement Management will lead change and learning workstreams across enterprise technology implementations and business transformation initiatives. The role combines strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and hands-on execution to ensure employees are equipped to adopt change successfully. Key responsibilities include: Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement tailored change and enablement strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication plans, readiness activities, training plans, adoption initiatives, and resistance mitigation. Program and Project Management: Lead change and enablement workstreams by developing integrated plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource forecasts aligned with deployment waves and project releases. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior leaders, employees, regional and office leaders, business process owners, product owners, technology teams, Human Resources, marketing, and implementation partners to promote engagement and organizational alignment. Change Advocacy and Communication: Communicate the vision, objectives, benefits, and progress of transformation initiatives. Encourage feedback, address employee concerns, and build support for new processes, systems, and working practices. Learning and Enablement Development: Translate business processes and technology solutions into scalable, role-based learning experiences using adult learning principles. Oversee the development and delivery of e-learning, videos, job aids, instructor-led training, simulations, train-the-trainer programs, general awareness communications, and performance support materials. Readiness and Adoption Measurement: Monitor readiness risks, learning effectiveness, adoption metrics, time-to-proficiency, and stakeholder feedback. Use performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Content Governance and Quality: Establish content standards, governance processes, and lifecycle practices to ensure learning materials remain accurate, consistent, current, and aligned with business processes and deployment timelines. AI-Enabled Learning Innovation: Leverage AI-enabled tools and collaborate with Human Resources as needed to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of learning and content development. Team Leadership and Development: Provide daily direction, thought leadership, coaching, and support to Change Management Leads, instructional designers, content developers, contractors, and external vendors. Resource and Performance Management: Forecast staffing and delivery needs, allocate assignments, monitor team capacity and schedules, maintain quality standards, and balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Continuous Improvement: Promote innovation and improved ways of working while adapting change strategies and delivery approaches to evolving organizational priorities. Additional Responsibilities: Support other projects, assignments, and organizational initiatives as required. Requirements: The ideal candidate will combine substantial change management and transformation experience with proven people leadership, strong project management capabilities, and expertise in designing effective learning solutions. Required and preferred qualifications include: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. People Management: Three to five years of experience managing employees, with demonstrated ability to coach team members, establish clear expectations, and drive accountability and performance. Change and Transformation Experience: At least seven years of experience leading change management, enablement, project management, organizational development, or related workstreams supporting technology implementations and business transformation. Learning and Development: Experience designing and delivering role-based learning solutions using adult learning principles. Change Management Expertise: Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, stakeholder impact assessments, organizational readiness, adoption strategies, and effectiveness measurement. Project and Resource Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, deadlines, contractors, vendors, and external delivery partners while maintaining quality and delivery standards. Communication and Influence: Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. Planning and Analytical Skills: Strong project management, organizational, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to combine strategic planning and governance with practical execution. Preferred Certifications: Change management, project management, or delivery certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, PMP, Agile, or Scrum. Enterprise Technology Experience: Experience supporting Dynamics 365 or other enterprise platform initiatives and global technology deployments is an advantage. AI and Digital Tools: Familiarity with AI-enabled learning and content development tools, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure DevOps is preferred.
