Manager Computer Systems Analysis

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager Computer Systems Analysis based in United States. This role leads the business partnership between manufacturing and logistics operations and enterprise IT teams within a complex SAP environment. The position focuses on optimizing ERP capabilities across material management, planning, inventory, receiving, and shipping functions. You will translate business needs into prioritized enhancements, clear requirements, and effective implementation plans. The role combines stakeholder management, functional analysis, testing, training, and change communication. You will also coordinate with other SAP business partners to support reliable cross-functional ERP operations. A key area of impact will be supporting the transition toward an S/4HANA platform through major enterprise initiatives. The position offers a remote option, with a preference for hybrid work from Annapolis Junction, Maryland, and approximately 25% travel.

Act as the primary liaison between manufacturing and logistics business stakeholders and the ERP/IT support organization. Manage and prioritize ERP enhancements based on operational needs, business requirements, and customer priorities. Support SAP functionality across Material Master, material planning, MRP, inventory, receiving, shipping, and related logistics processes. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new or enhanced ERP capabilities. Develop test scripts and coordinate testing, implementation activities, training materials, and stakeholder communications. Collaborate with other SAP Business Partners and cross-functional teams to maintain effective and reliable ERP operations. Provide team-level leadership and coordination across business and technology stakeholders. Contribute to major ERP transformation initiatives, including migration and enhancement activities associated with the S/4HANA platform. Support manufacturing and logistical operations by identifying opportunities to improve processes and system functionality. Maintain strong communication with customer groups to ensure ERP priorities remain aligned with operational requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience; 12 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience supporting ERP business processes within a manufacturing environment. Experience supporting manufacturing-related logistical functions and processes. Background in one or more areas such as operations, production, manufacturing, quality, or industrial engineering. Familiarity with SAP manufacturing, production, material requirements planning, or related logistics functionality. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional partners. Strong analytical, organizational, requirements-gathering, and problem-solving skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is required. Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time. Benefits Base salary range of $133,200–$219,800 USD , with actual offers determined by factors such as scope, experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
