Serve as the subject matter expert for visual content standards, establishing best practices for main product images, supplementary images, enhanced product content, and video assets. Lead visual content redevelopment initiatives in partnership with business units, ensuring alignment with established standards and brand objectives. Develop and implement measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of new creative assets and identify opportunities to improve digital shelf performance. Manage syndication planning and execution for new visual assets, ensuring content is consistently available across relevant retail platforms. Three to five years of experience in eCommerce marketing, digital merchandising, sales, or a comparable role; consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze performance data, extract actionable insights, and develop data-driven recommendations. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across cross-functional teams, creative agencies, and retail partners. Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of digital content development, product detail pages, visual merchandising, content syndication, and online retail best practices. A proactive, forward-thinking mindset, with the curiosity to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and continuously improve processes. A self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
