We are seeking an experienced ERP Engineering Manager to lead the development and deployment of AI-powered enterprise resource planning solutions across SAP S/4HANA and connected business platforms. In this strategic leadership role, you will transform complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and intelligent automation capabilities. You will leverage SAP Business AI, Joule, AI agents, and advanced integration technologies to modernize critical enterprise processes and enable increasingly autonomous operations. Working across global engineering, functional, and support teams, you will drive deployment readiness, release management, production reliability, and continuous improvement. Your expertise will help embed responsible AI practices, robust governance, and proactive monitoring into business-critical workflows. Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of AI-enabled SAP automation solutions and agentic workflows across SAP S/4HANA and connected enterprise platforms. Architect scalable AI engineering solutions using SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP AI Core, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication, and intelligent automation frameworks. Translate business process requirements into technical architectures, integration designs, automation workflows, operational controls, and production-ready solutions. Develop reusable AI agent frameworks that incorporate governance mechanisms, security guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, and autonomous execution capabilities. Partner with SAP functional teams, engineers, and support specialists to deploy AI-driven solutions across key business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), and Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO). Lead production readiness, release planning, deployment execution, and operational support to ensure the stability and reliability of business-critical ERP systems. Establish monitoring, observability, auditability, and performance measurement frameworks to track AI agent behavior, identify anomalies, manage exceptions, and improve operational outcomes. Troubleshoot and optimize AI agents, enterprise integrations, workflows, interfaces, and SAP platforms using diagnostic tools, trace analysis, and performance monitoring. Implement proactive incident prevention, automated remediation, and self-healing operational capabilities to reduce disruptions and improve service resilience. Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data privacy, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), responsible AI, and applicable governance requirements. Lead and mentor global engineering teams, establish delivery standards, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and promote engineering excellence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging AI capabilities, refining automation strategies, and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, scalability, and business value. Requirements 12–15+ years of experience in SAP technology, enterprise systems engineering, SAP S/4HANA, deployment engineering, and enterprise automation. Deep technical expertise in SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP AI Core, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, RAG architectures, AI agents, and intelligent automation technologies. Proven experience designing, implementing, deploying, and supporting AI-enabled SAP solutions and agent-driven business processes in complex enterprise environments. Strong understanding of SAP business processes, particularly FICO, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, sales, billing, and financial postings. Demonstrated experience with AI agent engineering, enterprise integrations, workflow orchestration, automation frameworks, and connected SAP platforms. Experience leading production support, incident management, release governance, deployment readiness, observability, and continuous service improvement initiatives. Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities across AI agents, APIs, integrations, interfaces, enterprise workflows, and SAP infrastructure. Solid understanding of AI governance, security controls, privacy requirements, auditability, responsible AI practices, and compliance in enterprise environments. Proven leadership experience managing global engineering teams, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and aligning technical execution with business priorities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes. Strong organizational and delivery management skills, including the ability to balance competing priorities, manage production risks, and deliver reliable solutions at scale. Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in the fashion, retail, or consumer-facing industry is preferred.
