Your Impact:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Google Ads who will play a crucial role in driving our global paid acquisition strategies. You are a hands-on performance marketer to own paid media in the Google ecosystem (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display). You'll run campaigns day-to-day, manage budgets, and make the spend work harder. This is an IC role for someone who's equal parts strategic and operational, and who lets data drive the decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display)

• Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage to CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets

• Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences to balance growth and efficiency

• Work with Analytics on measurement, incrementally, and attribution—and turn the results into action

• Constantly test new hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships that unlock scalable growth.

About You:

• 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets

• Deep hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google shopping Ads.

• Strong analytical chops—you use data to decide, measure, and prioritize.

• Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders.

• Solid grasp of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization.

• Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership.

• Use AI tools fluently in your daily work, held to the same quality bar as your own.

Compensation

We are all owners of Formlabs and direct beneficiaries of our success. We believe that equity is a critical component of compensation at Formlabs, and we want our newest team members to understand the potential value of their equity compensation. Full time employees receive equity, in the form of RSUs. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance to your impact.

At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization.

The annual base pay range for this role is:

$100,000—$160,000 USD
