This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager - HRIS, Workday - Talent & Core HCM based in India. This role offers the opportunity to serve as a hands-on Workday functional expert supporting Core HCM and Talent solutions. You will help shape scalable HR technology solutions that improve employee and manager experiences across a global organization. The position combines deep Workday configuration expertise with strong business partnership and strategic problem-solving. You will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, IT, and business leaders to translate complex needs into effective system solutions. The role also plays a key part in reporting, analytics, release management, process improvement, and HR technology projects. This is an impactful opportunity for an experienced HRIS professional to contribute to a connected, scalable, and future-ready HR technology environment
