This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, OEM Sales based in United States. This is a strategic sales leadership role focused on driving profitable growth across OEM, industrial, and specialized customer segments. You will manage a portfolio of large, complex accounts while developing new business opportunities aligned with long-term growth objectives. The role carries responsibility for multimillion-dollar revenue targets and requires a strong balance of consultative selling, relationship management, and commercial strategy. You will build trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at multiple levels within key customer organizations. Working cross-functionally, you will coordinate sales, operations, product, engineering, customer service, and other resources to deliver effective customer solutions. You will also use market intelligence, competitive insights, pipeline data, and customer needs to identify opportunities for revenue growth and retention. This opportunity is well suited to an experienced sales professional with strong OEM or industrial expertise, strategic thinking, and a proven record of managing complex accounts.
Develop and execute strategic account plans designed to expand existing business and secure new opportunities across targeted OEM, industrial, and specialized markets. Achieve and exceed annual sales and profitability objectives of $5 million or more. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities that support broader organizational growth objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer decision-makers and stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. Manage large, complex, strategic accounts and develop long-term customer relationships that drive sustained revenue growth. Coordinate cross-functional resources to address customer needs, including pricing, product availability, engineering support, specifications, configurations, quality assurance, warranty support, and application expertise. Partner with Sales Leadership, Operations, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to execute account-growth strategies. Resolve customer challenges efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and evolving customer requirements to identify opportunities for increased sales and market share. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and account information within applicable business systems. Analyze customer and sales data to support informed commercial decisions and optimize account performance. Anticipate market developments and customer needs to develop proactive, long-term growth strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of successful sales, business development, or account management experience, preferably within OEM, industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments. Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and delivering sustained revenue growth. Experience working directly with OEM customers and industrial distribution channels. Demonstrated experience managing multimillion-dollar sales portfolios and long-term strategic customer relationships. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that generate measurable business results. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-management capabilities. Technical aptitude with the ability to understand product specifications, applications, configurations, and customer requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working effectively with internal teams, customers, and senior stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate information and develop effective solutions. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with key stakeholders. Strategic and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on long-term growth and business objectives. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to act decisively when evaluating competing priorities and commercial opportunities. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining customer loyalty. Ability to travel up to 50%. Preference may be given to candidates located in the Midwest, Northeast, or Southeast regions of the United States. Benefits: Annual salary range of $160,000–$170,000, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
