The manager leads and mentors Solutions Engineers through the sales cycle, shapes Solutions Engineering strategy, collaborates with GTM, Product, Engineering and Research, acts as an escalation technical contact for key clients and advocates for effective application of OpenAI technologies.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires deep technical acumen in AI/platform technologies, experience developing large-scale technical success strategies, leadership of high-performing teams across multiple EMEA markets, executive communication, customer-centric problem solving and strong prioritization under pressure.
