Maintain donor records and reporting: Keep customer relationship management (CRM) records accurate, monitor relationship activity, track prospect pipelines, and measure progress toward fundraising and engagement objectives. Lead donor communications and marketing initiatives: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across donor audiences and channels. Write, edit, and refine persuasive communications that connect donor priorities with organizational impact. Evaluate and optimize outreach: Analyze campaign and event results, assess donor engagement and lead generation, and use performance insights to strengthen outreach strategies and improve calls to action. Requirements: Relevant professional experience: At least five years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, strategic partnerships, donor relations, or a related field, including direct responsibility for cultivating and stewarding individual donors and prospects.
