Identify, assess, and resolve complex operational and technical challenges, proactively mitigating risks and removing obstacles to ensure successful project delivery. Drive the adoption and effective use of transportation technology solutions by supporting seamless integration, encouraging user engagement, and aligning system capabilities with business needs. Partner closely with IT teams and business stakeholders within an Agile framework to prioritize initiatives, coordinate implementation, and deliver solutions on time. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; an advanced degree is desirable. Eight or more years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred, with demonstrated understanding of transportation operations and supply chain optimization. Experience in project management and product management, including the ability to define product strategies, manage roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and oversee delivery from concept to implementation. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions in an iterative environment.
