Our partner is looking for a Marketing Manager (Entertainment & Commercial) based in the United States. We are looking for a creative, hands-on marketing professional to lead marketing execution across entertainment and commercial business segments. In this remote role, you will translate business priorities into impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support sales growth, and engage diverse audiences. You will collaborate with go-to-market leaders and cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans, produce compelling sales materials, and support integrated campaigns. With strong writing and design skills, you will create on-brand content that communicates value and drives business opportunities. You will also contribute to events, trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities that bring the brand to life. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking with practical execution in a mission-driven environment focused on creating more meaningful, distraction-free experiences.

Content Creation and Design: Write, design, and maintain polished marketing and sales materials using Canva, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and making resources easy for sales teams to access and use. Customer Stories and Case Studies: Gather customer testimonials, success stories, and examples of measurable results, working with Communications to transform them into compelling marketing content. Events and Brand Promotions: Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, conferences, and promotional initiatives, coordinating marketing materials, signage, logistics, and other deliverables. Vendor and Freelancer Coordination: Brief and manage external creative partners, freelancers, and vendors as needed, ensuring projects meet quality standards, stay within budget, and are delivered on schedule. Brand Consistency: Collaborate with Creative to ensure marketing assets and promotional activities reflect the organization's brand identity, visual standards, tone, and messaging. Campaign Support: Work alongside Growth Marketing to create copy and Canva assets for email, social media, websites, and other marketing channels, contributing to integrated campaigns and demand generation activities. Marketing Calendar Coordination: Gather marketing needs from GTM leaders and coordinate with Growth Marketing to align business priorities with campaign schedules and available resources. Product Launch Support: Develop messaging and promotional materials that support product launches and communicate new offerings effectively to relevant audiences. Performance Reporting: Share campaign outcomes and relevant marketing results with GTM leaders to improve visibility into performance and inform future marketing decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Creative, Sales, Communications, and the Marketing Coordinator to deliver coordinated marketing initiatives. Requirements Professional Experience: Three to six years of marketing experience, including responsibility for managing projects from initial planning through final execution. Sales Enablement Expertise: Demonstrated experience creating sales materials such as presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies, ideally in support of sales or business development teams. Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to produce clear, engaging, on-brand copy tailored to different audiences and marketing channels. Design Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Canva is required, including the ability to independently create professional, visually consistent marketing and sales assets. Project Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Event Marketing: Experience supporting events, trade shows, conferences, or promotional activities, including coordinating materials and logistics. Cross-Functional Communication: Comfort working collaboratively with GTM leaders, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Creative, and Sales to translate business needs into effective marketing deliverables. Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Writing Portfolio: Writing samples or a professional portfolio demonstrating strong writing capabilities and the ability to produce high-quality marketing content. Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in entertainment, live events, music, venues, hospitality, or other related industries. Benefits Competitive compensation: Annual salary range of $80,000–$90,000. Remote work flexibility: A remote position based in the United States.
