Marketing Operations Associate Elliptic has been tracking down crypto crime since 2013, trusted by banks, businesses, and governments worldwide to keep the financial system safe. Today, our compliance tools cover the large majority of global crypto exchange volume, and a $120m Series D is fuelling the next stage of that work. You'll keep HubSpot, our go-to-market system of record, accurate and well run, so a world-class marketing team can move fast on numbers the business trusts. Reporting to our Head of CRM, you'll get a front-row seat to how an entire marketing and revenue function works, from first lead to renewal. What you'll bring

• Hands-on, day-to-day HubSpot experience across forms, email, workflows, segments, custom objects and reporting
• A solid understanding of B2B marketing channels and how they connect to the CRM and the wider marketing technology stack
• An eye for process and detail: you spot the clunky step and can't leave it alone
• Clear communication and documentation, with the ability to turn business requirements into clear recommendations
• Fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow, you use them to move faster and think better, and you know when not to trust them Bonus points for marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS, hands-on time with tools like Dreamdata, Zapier, Intercom or Notion, or a basic understanding of how APIs move data between systems. What you'll do
• Build and maintain CRM audience segmentation, and handle segment requests from marketing and commercial teams
• Own data quality, forms, subscription types and email templates, so records stay accurate and compliant across the customer lifecycle
• Build our lead source tracking, UTM standards and attribution reporting across HubSpot and Dreamdata
• Monitor email health and deliverability, and build the dashboards and Notion documentation that marketing and leadership rely on What we offer you How we work
