Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Ops Analyst based in the United States. Join a collaborative Revenue Operations team and help build a clearer, more connected view of marketing and sales performance across the entire customer journey. In this newly created role, you will connect marketing activities to pipeline development and closed-won revenue, enabling better-informed business decisions. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams to improve reporting, attribution, and forecasting. By developing reliable dashboards and standardized metrics, you will help teams understand what drives results and where to invest resources. You will also use AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, uncover emerging patterns, and generate actionable insights. This fully remote opportunity offers autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to shape how performance is measured across the business.

Build full-funnel reporting that connects marketing activity in HubSpot and similar tools with opportunities and closed-won revenue in Salesforce. Develop and maintain reports that make marketing and sales performance visible to executives and teams across the organization. Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to define and document attribution models, including the distinctions between marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced opportunities. Establish consistent lead-source classifications, clarifying how leads are categorized as marketing-led, sales-led, or SDR-led. Partner with marketing to improve lead scoring processes and the flow of leads into Salesforce. Strengthen campaign ROI measurement to help teams identify successful initiatives, optimize spending, and redirect investment when needed. Align marketing and go-to-market teams around shared metric definitions and maintain a reliable, centralized source of truth. Use AI tools to create and refine reports and dashboards, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and publish validated outputs to the business intelligence platform on a regular refresh schedule. Analyze data proactively, using AI where appropriate, to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that support strategic decision-making. Requirements: Approximately 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a cross-functional go-to-market role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience using Excel and business intelligence tools. Working knowledge of marketing concepts, metrics, and terminology, including marketing-qualified leads (MQLs). Experience working in a SaaS environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to align stakeholders with different priorities around shared definitions and measurement practices. Curiosity about artificial intelligence and an interest in applying AI tools to data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with SQL is a plus; writing SQL queries is not required. Authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship and visa transfers are not available for this position. Benefits: Base salary: $125,500–$147,600 USD, depending on experience and level. Equity participation through an employee-friendly stock program. Transparent compensation levels based on experience. Unlimited paid time off to support flexibility and work-life balance. Fully distributed work environment with a remote-first culture. Home office, coworking, and internet stipends. Comprehensive employee benefits coverage, with additional coverage available for dependents. Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of the path to parenthood. Annual professional development allowance.
