Marketing Tech senior Lead

This role is a senior marketing technology position focused on Customer Journey Analytics and digital experimentation. You will bridge data analytics and web and app engineering teams, translating business and analytics needs into clear technical specifications. The position combines solution design, data architecture, analytics implementation, and quality validation across a complex digital ecosystem. You will own Customer Journey Analytics connections and data views while expanding the platform with new data sources and reporting capabilities. You will also lead Adobe Target experimentation, including test setup, audience definition, traffic splits, and A4T reporting. The role offers significant ownership, international collaboration, and exposure to modern analytics, automation, and cloud-native technologies. Act as the Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) expert connecting data analytics teams with web and app engineering teams, ensuring analytics requirements are clearly translated into actionable technical solutions. Translate analytics requirements into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams and validate that delivered implementations accurately reflect the defined requirements. Own and continuously maintain solution design references and supporting documentation as a core deliverable for the analytics ecosystem. Build and modify CJA connections and data views across an existing estate of approximately 13 connections, while designing new views for email and push performance reporting. Onboard additional data sources into CJA, including digital experience monitoring data, and ensure they are appropriately integrated into the analytics environment. Advise analytics and business stakeholders on the appropriate segments, events, and variables to use for reporting, analysis, and customer journey insights. Define the weekly reconciliation process between CJA and back-end order data, establish anomaly thresholds, and transition the operational execution to QA engineering. Own Adobe Target experimentation setup, including tests, audiences, traffic splits, and A4T reporting, while identifying relevant new platform capabilities for analytics and CRM teams. Requirements Proven experience working as a Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) expert and successfully bridging data analytics and web or app engineering teams. Deep expertise in Adobe Target, including test configuration, audience management, traffic splits, and A4T reporting. Strong ability to translate complex analytics requirements into clear, actionable, and technically precise specifications for engineering teams. Demonstrated experience owning solution design documentation, maintaining data views, onboarding new data sources, and establishing reconciliation processes against back-end data. Ability to collaborate effectively with QA teams on data validation, anomaly detection, and quality assurance processes. A high-performance mindset characterized by resilience, emotional intelligence, accountability, and a strong focus on agile delivery. Strong technologist mindset, with a clear understanding of the distinction between simply coding solutions and applying broader engineering principles to build reliable and scalable systems. Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants is desirable. Advanced spoken English is required for effective collaboration with global teams, along with advanced Spanish proficiency.
