Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Technology Program Manager based in the United States . In this role, you will drive technology and operational programs that help a global B2B marketing organization scale, innovate, and improve performance. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, technology, data, and program management, you will translate business needs into scalable systems, efficient workflows, and measurable outcomes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning campaign optimization, marketing measurement, account-based marketing, and online events. Partnering closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams, you will coordinate complex projects from discovery and planning through implementation and adoption. You will also champion AI-powered tools, automation, and process innovation to remove bottlenecks and increase productivity. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, globally distributed technology environment.

Lead one or two marketing technology programs at a time, overseeing end-to-end delivery, milestones, communications, cross-functional workstreams, and roadmap updates. Improve digital campaign effectiveness through personalization, content optimization, audience targeting, and coordination with recommendation systems. Strengthen marketing measurement by establishing consistent campaign identifiers and connecting marketing activity, spending, engagement, leads, and downstream business outcomes. Develop and coordinate account-based marketing initiatives, including target-account identification, personalized campaign experiences, engagement tracking, and account penetration measurement. Oversee online event and community programs, covering digital promotion, registration, attendance, content delivery, audience engagement, follow-up, and performance measurement. Identify recurring marketing process and technology challenges, define program objectives and success metrics, and establish repeatable processes that scale. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define business requirements, coordinate discovery, and translate operational needs into product requirements for internal tools. Manage third-party software selection, requirements, contracting, implementation, adoption, and enhancements to existing platform implementations. Coordinate reviews, pilots, and stakeholder feedback; consolidate requested changes, identify launch-blocking issues, and escalate risks when necessary. Drive continuous operational improvements through automation, AI-powered tools, and workflow redesign. Maintain scalable documentation and coordinate delivery with offshore production teams and distributed stakeholders across time zones. Use data analysis, dashboards, queries, and AI tools to evaluate performance, inform decisions, and collaborate with analysts and data scientists on more complex analytical needs. Requirements At least 6 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related program management role within a high-growth technology environment. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with some or all of the following: marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, audience targeting and personalization, campaign measurement, account-based marketing, and online events or webinars. At least 3 years of experience managing cross-functional marketing, sales, and engineering initiatives from planning through delivery. Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI agents, with concrete examples of agents developed and ways AI is used in daily workflows beyond conversational chat. At least 3 years of experience conducting independent analysis using queries, dashboards, and AI, alongside collaboration with analysts and data scientists for advanced analytics. At least 3 years of experience defining program scope and objectives independently and delivering results with distributed, global teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex operational and technical concepts to marketing, sales, engineering, and other stakeholders. Experience managing prospect or marketing databases, including data enrichment, data hygiene, and database growth using first-party and third-party data sources, is preferred. Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Marketo, customer data platforms, campaign measurement and attribution tools, account-based marketing platforms, and online event systems is an advantage. Experience selecting and managing third-party software in a B2B marketing environment is desirable. Experience implementing AI tools to improve marketing operations, automation, and productivity is preferred. Experience collaborating with global teams on a day-to-day basis is beneficial. Knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks is an advantage. Experience in financial services, payments, or B2B software is preferred. For remote work, candidates should be located at least 35 miles (56 kilometers) from a company office under the employer's remote-work definition. Occasional office visits for meetings, team gatherings, and events may be possible. Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every preferred qualification. Benefits Annual US base salary: $132,000–$198,000. The range may cover multiple career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional compensation may include equity, a company bonus, or other applicable incentive compensation. Access to a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Medical, dental, and vision benefits. Wellness stipends. Remote work arrangement for eligible employees, with the expectation of regularly working from home rather than a company office. Opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to marketing technology, automation, and AI initiatives at scale.
