In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of play on the golf course while providing an outstanding experience for our members and guests. As a Marshal, your focus will be on maintaining the pace of play, enforcing golf etiquette, and offering assistance to players.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Female, age max. 25 years old
- Min. High school or equivalent
- Familiar with operating a computer
- Proficient in English; additional languages is a plus
- Fresh Graduate or having relevant experience in golf operations or a customer service role is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Ability to handle dynamic situations calmly and professionally
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
