As Media Manager, Retail Media Network – Mass & Club, you will own retail media strategy, investment planning, execution, and performance optimization across priority Mass and Club customers. You will connect commercial objectives with data-driven media decisions to maximize sales impact and ensure accountability across internal teams and external partners. Translate customer plans, joint business planning priorities, assortment strategies, product launches, promotions, and key selling moments into integrated retail media calendars. Develop balanced full-funnel media plans that combine retail search, onsite display, offsite media, social, and other commerce media opportunities to support both demand creation and demand capture. Identify and address budget pacing issues, search coverage gaps, out-of-stocks, weak conversion, and underperforming tactics, implementing corrective actions and escalating risks when necessary. Deliver concise, executive-ready performance reports outlining results, key drivers, business implications, lessons learned, and recommended next steps. Cross-Functional and Partner Leadership: Collaborate with Omnichannel leadership and customer teams to align retail media strategies with customer priorities and commercial plans while maintaining clear decision-making responsibilities. Coordinate media investments with digital shelf readiness, product content, availability, and conversion requirements before increasing campaign spending. Manage agency, platform, retail media network, and technology partners, providing direction on campaign briefs, setup standards, optimization, budget pacing, issue resolution, and performance expectations. Partner with Sales, Omnichannel, Brand, Content, Finance, and Analytics teams to align investments, resolve execution barriers, and achieve shared business outcomes. Testing, Learning, and Investment Stewardship: Develop and manage a structured test-and-learn roadmap covering audiences, search strategies, advertising formats, creative approaches, bidding, retailer capabilities, and measurement. Scale successful tactics, discontinue or redesign low-value activities, and reduce duplicated investments. Identify emerging investment risks and growth opportunities early, presenting clear recommendations supported by financial analysis and business rationale. Contribute to a collaborative, ethical, and inclusive work environment that values continuous learning, respect, teamwork, and positive community impact.
