This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Medical Staff Affairs Education Coordinator – HSO Medical Staff Services based in the United States. This role supports the education, orientation, and compliance needs of credentialed healthcare providers in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will coordinate online training programs, maintain educational resources, and ensure that required learning materials remain accurate and up to date. Working closely with administrative and clinical departments and medical staff leadership, you will help establish clear education requirements and monitor their completion. Your work will contribute to consistent credentialing and privileging processes while supporting professional standards across the organization. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced education coordinator with strong communication skills and an interest in healthcare administration. The position is fully remote, full-time, with a daytime schedule.
Collaborate with administrative and clinical departments and medical staff leadership to identify mandatory online training modules for credentialed providers, including requirements related to credentialing and privileging. Maintain and update online training modules to ensure educational content remains accurate, relevant, and accessible. Develop, coordinate, and maintain education and orientation materials, including associated policies and procedures. Monitor credentialed providers’ compliance with required education and orientation activities. Support the Medical Staff Affairs team and leadership in enforcing education requirements and implementing and tracking suspensions or other corrective actions when necessary. Contribute to the development of online educational content and communications for credentialed providers. Prepare additional communications and support other duties as assigned by the Medical Staff Affairs leadership team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field required; a master’s degree is preferred. At least 4–5 years of experience developing educational content, preferably in a healthcare environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and effective educational materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when maintaining educational resources and tracking compliance. Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, administrative departments, and leadership. Sound judgment and a professional approach to handling education requirements, compliance monitoring, and related administrative processes. Benefits: Annual salary range of $72,473–$108,709 , depending on experience, education, and operational needs. Fully remote work arrangement. Full-time position with a daytime schedule.
