MEGAMARKET (Pvt Ltd) is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the position of ICT Infrastructure & Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will lead and optimise Mega Market’s enterprise ICT infrastructure and service operations, ensuring technology platforms are available, reliable, secure, scalable and resilient across operational sites while advancing excellence, modernisation and automation.

Infrastructure Operations

• Lead networks, servers, storage, virtualisation, cloud and hybrid platforms.

• Manage capacity, performance, upgrades and technology refreshes.

Connectivity And Vendors

• Manage ISPs, WAN links, internet, telecommunications and voice services.

• Monitor supplier SLAs, costs and service quality.

Service Delivery

• Oversee the ICT service desk and escalations.

• Apply ITSM across incidents, problems, changes and service requests.

• Monitor SLAs, KPIs and user experience.

Backup, Disaster Recovery And Continuity

• Maintain backup and disaster recovery capabilities.

• Define Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs).

• Conduct testing and support business continuity planning.

Governance And Compliance

• Enforce ICT standards and maintain documentation.

• Support audits and ISO/IEC 27001 alignment.

• Collaborate with Information Security on secure configuration.

Qualifications And Experience

Applicants must possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering or a related field.

• At least five (5) years of progressive enterprise infrastructure experience.

• Multi-site operations, ITSM, lifecycle and vendor/ISP management experience.

• FMCG, manufacturing, warehouse or operational technology (OT) exposure is advantageous.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 or Windows Server.

• Cisco CCNA/CCNP.

• ITIL Foundation.

• VMware, cloud or infrastructure certifications.

• Cybersecurity certifications.
