Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and accessibly to people with different levels of technical knowledge. Ability to understand customer needs, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend practical solutions. Comfort learning new software platforms, troubleshooting problems, and working across multiple technology tools.
