ABOUT THE ROLE Join the commercial team at an early-stage energy technology company building energy retail services for households and businesses. You will take on cross-functional challenges and help establish durable operating practices across finance, legal, recruiting, customer support, and partner management. This work supports the company as it grows in a regulated industry. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take on varied commercial challenges across finance, legal, recruiting, customer support, and partner management.
- Own problems from initial scoping through execution, delivering high-quality work.
- Adapt your scope and priorities as the business evolves and new needs emerge.
- Help shape operating practices and processes alongside your day-to-day responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively and take ownership while working closely with teammates in person. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of strong performance in a demanding environment, such as a high-growth startup, consulting, investment banking, professional sports, or high-end hospitality.
- A versatile background in areas such as banking, legal work, operations, partnerships, or another field that can contribute to commercial operations.
- A fast learner who can become effective in unfamiliar areas by consulting experts, reasoning from first principles, and following through.
- A kind, engaging interpersonal style and the confidence to push for results when needed.
- A proactive owner who spots and improves broken processes without waiting for permission.
- German fluency at C1 level or higher.
- Early-career profile with strong growth potential and a clear sign of exceptional achievement, such as academic, entrepreneurial, athletic, or professional accomplishment.
- Willingness and ability to work primarily on-site, normally five days per week. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary: €75,000 to €100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany.
