Full job description
The supervisor coordinates merchant onboarding and deployment, monitors transaction volumes and performance, investigates unusual changes, supports promotions and merchant field visits, reports technical issues, and escalates compliance concerns and suspicious activity.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires work authorization in Côte d’Ivoire. The role seeks a bachelor’s-level background in business, law, management, sales or a related field, at least five years of relevant experience, and working ability in French and English.
