Full job description
The role manages merchant-opening field operations, builds acquisition and network-quality processes, coordinates with distribution, administration, marketing, risk and support teams, develops staff training, tracks merchant performance, removes growth blockers and helps scale Wave's payments operations in The Gambia. The position is based in the Kotu office with field travel.
Requirements & qualifications
Work authorization in The Gambia is required. Candidates must be fluent in English, Mandinka and Wolof; have at least five years of relevant network-management experience, including at least two years managing field teams of more than 50 people; and have strong geographical knowledge of The Gambia.
