Full Job Description

Drive initiatives with a high degree of accountability, adaptability, and urgency, ensuring timely execution of priorities and successful delivery of outcomes. Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across functions and organizational levels to support decision making and drive business objectives. Influence and align stakeholders, including leaders, to support strategic initiatives and promote continuous improvement. Develop, analyze, and communicate performance metrics, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor progress and enable data-driven decision making. Lead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and in alignment with business requirements. Provide leadership and direction to teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and successful execution in a fast-paced environment. Communicate project status, risks, opportunities, and recommendations effectively through written and verbal presentations to stakeholders and leadership. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant professional experience and/or industry certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience in safety, environmental health and safety, or related roles, with demonstrated experience managing a broad range of risks across multiple sites, including operations within Germany or other European locations. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable regulatory and industry safety standards relevant to construction and operational activities in Germany. Experience implementing health and safety programs in construction environments, aligned with global standards and local regulatory requirements. Certification as a construction EHS Professional such as IOSH or BCSP. Demonstrated experience and success with delivering cross functional programs, including ownership, and driving results. Experience in Mission Critical project delivery and large civil / Building projects. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
