ABOUT TELEPATIA

Full job description

ABOUT TELEPATIA Telepatia AI is a healthtech company on a mission to transform healthcare in Latin America and beyond. Born at Stanford and built by doctors for doctors, our platform introduces AI Healthcare Employees that work invisibly inside clinical workflows: transcribing consultations in real time, generating structured medical records, offering evidence-based decision support, and integrating seamlessly with any current health system, all without disrupting the physician's flow. Already adopted by thousands of doctors and leading hospitals across the region, Telepatia has demonstrated measurable impact: reducing cognitive load, improving patient experience, and increasing adherence to clinical protocols. Our vision is bold: to turn scarcity into abundance by empowering healthcare professionals with scalable, trustworthy intelligence, and to pursue nothing less than the first Nobel Prize in Medicine for Latin America since 1984 with an AI Doctor. ABOUT THE ROLE A signed contract is where the real work starts. Every Mexican hospital, insurer or clinic chain we sign needs a deployment plan, clinical configuration that matches its specialties and protocols, physicians who adopt the product by choice, and a readout that proves the value the client was promised. The AI Deployment Strategist owns all of it. You lead deployment for Telepatia in Mexico. You design the implementation playbook for the country, lead each site from kickoff to Ready for Use and adoption, manage the Onboarding Specialists on the ground, and sit with medical directors and operations leaders as their counterpart. You work hand in hand with the Country Manager, the global Medicine and Deployment teams, product and engineering. Core skills: (i) Project leadership in complex healthcare organizations (ii) Clinical and operational judgment: what to configure, what to measure, what to push back on (iii) Change management with physicians and medical leadership. One requirement: Be obsessed with adoption, not installation (and cool). Languages: Spanish (native), English (fluent). WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Design and run the deployment plan for every Mexican site: scope, specialties, timeline, success metrics, stakeholders and risks.
  • Lead clinical configuration with the Medicine team: note templates, protocols and alerts adapted to each institution and to Mexican guidelines (GPC, NOMs).
  • Hire, train and manage the Onboarding Specialists; set their weekly targets and coach them in the field.
  • Own pilot readouts: define the metrics with the client, track them weekly, and present results that convert pilots into contracts.
  • Run change management with medical directors, department heads and IT: training plans, communication, resistance handling.
  • Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers and the Integrations team on setup, EMR connections and technical issues.
  • Build the Mexico deployment playbook and feed field learnings back to product, engineering and the commercial team. WHAT WE LOOK FOR More than experience, we look for attitude and drive.
  • 4 to 8 years in healthcare operations, hospital management, healthcare consulting or enterprise software implementation.
  • Track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ideally inside hospitals or health systems.
  • Comfort with data: you define metrics, build the readout and defend it to a medical director or CFO.
  • Executive presence with physicians and medical leadership; you earn trust fast.
  • Experience managing and developing a small team.
  • Willingness to travel to sites across Mexico. Nice to have
  • Medical degree or clinical background (strongly preferred).
  • Experience deploying EMRs, clinical software or AI products in hospitals.
  • Knowledge of Mexican health regulation (NOM-004, NOM-024, LFPDPPP). WHAT WE OFFER
  • Base salary: USD 3,000 to 6,000 per month, depending on experience.
  • Variable: tied to Ready for Use milestones and doctor adoption at the sites you own.
  • Equity participation.
  • Direct mentorship from the Country Manager and the global Deployment and Medicine teams.
  • Lead the deployment function in Mexico and grow the team under you.
  • Career progression into Head of Deployment Mexico or regional deployment leadership.
  • Immersion with the Deployment teams in Colombia and Brazil. HOW WE WORK
  • We're always on.
  • We own what we do and don't wait for anyone.
  • We move fast and with focus.
  • We play to win. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
  • Ask questions. There are no silos; we grow by learning together.
  • Own your work. Don't wait until tomorrow; don't hand over unfinished work.
  • Speak up. Every voice matters, no matter the title.
  • Focus on impact. Prioritize what moves the needle.
  • Leave things better than you found them. Early stages are messy; your job is to make them less so. INTERVIEW PROCESS
  1. Motivation and profile fit: 45 minutes with the People team.
  2. Deployment case: 60 minutes: plan the rollout of a named hospital and its pilot readout, with the Country Manager and the Deployment lead.
  3. Culture and values: 30 minutes with a founder.
