This pivotal position resides with one of our Talent Solutions client where we have established a strong partnership. The Enterprise Applications Manager is responsible for the governance, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications portfolio. Built on a SaaS-based architecture, this portfolio includes NetSuite ERP, Shopify eCommerce, NewStore POS, Zendesk, Avalara, VersaPay, and the integrations that connect them in support of the company’s retail, warehouse, customer service, and finance operations. This role owns the enterprise applications portfolio as a whole rather than the administration of any single system. The Enterprise Applications Manager is accountable for the ongoing health, roadmap, and business value of these platforms, and serves as the primary liaison between business operations, technology, and the company’s software vendors and implementation partners.
