Registration is open for the 13th International Conference on Micro-Nanoelectronics, Nanotechnology and MEMS, taking place 15–18 October 2026 at the University of West Attica in Athens.

The conference connects academia, research and industry across microelectronics, nanotechnology, MEMS and chips technology. Early registration before 30 September is EUR 360 for non-member senior participants, EUR 290 for non-member student presenters, EUR 300 for member senior participants, EUR 230 for member student presenters and EUR 100 for member student non-presenters. Undergraduate conference attendance is free. The Hellenic Chips Competence Center also offers registration-fee scholarships for eligible Greece-based SMEs/workforce and for self-employed professionals/freelancers working in Greece; travel and accommodation are not covered.

Open to researchers, industry professionals and students in micro/nanoelectronics, nanotechnology, MEMS and related fields. Scholarship routes have separate Greece-based SME/workforce or self-employed/freelancer eligibility. Undergraduate attendance is advertised as free.
