Establish development standards, coding practices, governance frameworks, and quality controls while conducting architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization activities. Architect and support enterprise integrations between Dynamics 365 CE, ERP platforms, and external applications, selecting appropriate integration patterns based on data ownership, transaction volumes, latency, scalability, and long-term maintenance requirements. Lead Dual-write implementations between Customer Engagement and Finance & Supply Chain Management, including data mapping, synchronization setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and conflict resolution. Design Business Central integrations using standard Dataverse connectors, Power Automate, and custom API-based approaches, as well as integrations involving KingswaySoft, Celigo, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, REST APIs, and middleware platforms. Design data migration strategies and lead deployment and release management activities using Azure DevOps, Power Platform Pipelines, managed solutions, and solution-layering best practices. Design and deploy Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered experiences for sales, customer service, and field service teams, while evaluating emerging Microsoft AI capabilities and identifying practical enterprise use cases. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and architecture decisions, promoting solution quality, scalability, security, performance, and maintainability throughout project lifecycles. Collaborate with ERP architects and consultants on cross-platform solutions spanning Dynamics 365 CE, Business Central, and Finance & Supply Chain Management. Support presales and business development activities through solution demonstrations, discovery workshops, technical assessments, Statement of Work development, effort estimation, scope definition, and technical proposal guidance. Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, prospects, project teams, and internal stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and influencing solution decisions. Access to a 401(k) retirement plan to support long-term financial planning. Generous paid time off covering vacation, holidays, and sick days.
