Our partner is looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Power Apps / Power BI / Power Automate) based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to build and maintain business applications, reporting solutions, and automated workflows across complex enterprise programs. This fully remote role focuses primarily on advanced Power Apps development, with additional responsibilities spanning Power Automate, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft 365 integrations. Create clear, actionable visualizations that support leadership decisions and delivery team performance monitoring. Use Azure DevOps data, work items, and reporting capabilities to support portfolio management, backlog tracking, delivery monitoring, and performance measurement. Connect Azure DevOps information with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI where appropriate. Support Power Platform requirements across multiple programs, balancing competing priorities and identifying opportunities to reuse solutions across teams. Collaborate with program teams, analysts, product owners, and leadership to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, incorporate feedback, and refine deliverables. Develop technical documentation and provide guidance to support user adoption, knowledge transfer, and long-term solution maintenance. Help teams transition to new applications, dashboards, and automated workflows while maintaining visibility into delivery progress. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions in complex enterprise environments. Advanced Power Apps development expertise is essential, alongside practical experience with reporting, automation, integrations, and Azure DevOps.
